Goodall Barnard has transformed some of the many brown field sites in the Basingstoke, Alton and Newbury area, replacing life expired housing and areas built over 40 years ago with bright new living space. These are just some in a series of projects where we work have worked closely in partnership with Sovereign Housing (formerly Kingfisher Housing) and the local authorities to transform sites in urban and rural locations. We have created over 200 new homes through regeneration. As well as our contracting skills, we also bring finance and development expertise that allows us to work in partnership with RSL’s and local authorities, enabling us to provide guidance and advice on materials, new technologies and construction methods. We have transformed lives with new homes and living space for people young and old to thrive in whatever the tenure, be it general needs, shared ownership or out right sale. This entails close involvement of our project personnel to ensure local people benefit from the work we do. Some Examples of Affordable Housing
